What is the quality of these plates like?

All plates are supplied from the heart of Germany! The plates we sell are exactly the same ones as sold to the European public. This means that unlike a lot of sites that make them in the UK, you are getting the real deal! Why order cheap replicas when you can have the real thing crafted in a German factory from high quality aluminium. All plates come with the German DIN mark of approval to show their authenticity.

Are these plates road legal?

European plates are not legal for UK cars and may not be legal in other countries. If you choose to use them on a public road you do so at your own risk, theplateman.com CANNOT be held responsible for any consequences you may face from using them improperly.

How do I tell you what I wish to have on my number plates?

Leave your plate text during checkout in the Notes Section or send a separate email with information on how you want your plate/plates. Please provide the correct spacing you wish to have and also include the (-) if needed. We copy and paste exactly what you ask us to put so make sure it is correct!!

How long do they take to ship?

Because these plates are authentics made and supplied from Germany, the plates need to come from Germany to your country. The turnaround in our German factory is very fast. Most customers receive the plates in a week or two, but for obvious reasons we cannot guarantee it. If you think your plates have taken to long please don’t hesitate to email us and we will investigate it right away.
